I present to you the most effective, the most simple yet the most challenging coaching technique to majority of coaches of all levels of experience. A technique where almost all of the stage is given to the client, where the ego and the image of the coach is left outside the door and a technique that challenges the coach even more than the client. But once tackled, it opens new doors and new possible combinations in working with people. Originally a conversational technique, using the powerful means of silence, it draws out more in 5 minutes than you can imagine. Listen to the video explaining it fully and scroll down to get to know more details about it.
For those of you who would like to see the technique written down in black and white you can download it here:

Thanks to generous participants, I am able to show you how the technique looks like. This is their version of it. I invite you to practice out your version of it, with only one rule. Do not add a single new word while you practice it! I know it will be challenging, but its time for you to stretch your limits. Only after you got it and practiced it a dozen times, can you start inserting additional words and combining it with other techniques. I dare you.
You don't necessarily have to have a client to practice this technique. As it is originally a conversational technique, go ahead and use it in your everyday conversations and observe what happens. Note that a needed prerequisite is rapport, meaning that you create a connection with your interlocutor before starting. So you bot feel comfortable with longer silence breaks, otherwise it will just be awkward. Good luck!
