In this mini-course you’ll learn how to use tailored activities and exercises working with low skilled adults, in order to motivate them towards lifelong learning and responding to the job demands.
The presentation is based on the Act45 project for engaging the target group in training opportunities through collaboration schemes among CSOs, employers and training providers and consists of 3 parts.
